The Challenge: Strategic Account Leadership

The core focus of the Enterprise Sales Account Manager is to deepen existing relationships and strategically prospect for expansion opportunities across key business units within named accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Strategic Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year account strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets (quota).

Consultative Sales: Engage C-level and senior executives (CIOs, CMOs, CDOs) in value-based conversations, mapping our industry-leading solutions to their specific business pain points and digital strategy.

Solution Positioning: Articulate the value of Adobe’s platform—especially the Adobe Experience Cloud—in areas like customer data management, content supply chain, and marketing automation.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined sales process, providing accurate forecasting and diligently tracking all sales activities in our CRM.

Collaboration: Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Solution Consultants, Legal, Professional Services) to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial pitch to post-sales success.

What You Need to Succeed (Key Skills):

This role requires a blend of exceptional salesmanship, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as an Enterprise Sales Account Manager or Account Executive, with significant experience in selling complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions.

Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of the Digital Experience/Customer Experience Management (CXM) space, digital marketing technologies, and cloud-based solutions.

Singapore Market Insight: Prior experience and a strong professional network working with large enterprises in Singapore and the broader APAC region is highly valued.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to build rapport at the highest levels of client organizations.

Drive: Results-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of consistently meeting or over-achieving sales goals.
