Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer on the Microsoft Fabric team, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain telemetry infrastructure and data pipelines
- Build frameworks for data quality validation and anomaly detection
- Develop resilient, scalable data processing systems
- Create monitoring, alerting, and notification services
- Partner with engineering teams to implement instrumentation best practices
- Drive CI/CD, security, compliance, and governance initiatives
- Participate in on-call support rotations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence
Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in:
- Software Development
- Data Engineering
- Data Modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong programming experience in C#, Java, or equivalent languages
- Experience building distributed cloud services on Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as:
