Job Description
This crucial role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of network software through rigorous automation testing of L2/L3 protocols. The Senior Automation Tester is responsible for creating precise test cases, executing tests following established standards, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to meet project requirements. Adherence to best practices in automation directly contributes to enhancing the overall performance and stability of networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Test Case Development & Review: Create and review test cases based on Functional Specifications and Software Requirement Specification documents to ensure comprehensive coverage of L2/L3 protocols.
Test Execution: Execute Functionality Tests in alignment with the Test Plan and respective test cases, focusing on networking software performance and compliance with specifications.
Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate in the development of Test Plans and Strategies specific to L2/L3 Protocol Testing, contributing insights based on assigned work and testing outcomes.
Process Coordination: Coordinate discussions with team members to refine Testing Processes and communicate updates and findings to Clients, ensuring alignment with project expectations.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Schedule Testing Tasks effectively, maintain Progress Reports, and provide Status Updates to Stakeholders, ensuring transparency and adherence to timelines.
