Key Responsibilities
Build and Maintain Financial Models
Develop and improve financial models, including DCF, NPV, IRR, scenario analysis, and portfolio models to support investment decisions and business planning.
Evaluate Commercial Opportunities
Assess new real estate sites, demand partnerships, and strategic projects through utilization forecasting, return analysis, and cost benchmarking.
Prepare Business Cases
Create investment papers and business cases backed by market research and data-driven assumptions.
Market and Competitor Analysis
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, pricing, utilization volumes, and competitor performance to generate valuable business insights.
Commercial Forecasting and Cost Modeling
Forecast revenue, operating expenses, capital expenditure, margins, and utilization while identifying performance gaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Engineering, Real Estate, and Operations teams to support pricing, contract negotiations, and project optimization.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools to monitor commercial performance and improve data accuracy.
Risk and Scenario Management
Identify commercial risks, conduct sensitivity analysis, and recommend strategies to maximize project returns.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- CFA or higher financial qualifications are preferred.
Required Experience

- At least 5 years of commercial analytical experience.
- Experience in retail markets or real estate sectors.
